Pistoia, Italy - 2004

An existing building that has been remodeled several times, is transformed into a single-family residence and expanded into the facilities of the living area, for which the project provides for a strengthening of the relationship with the outdoor accommodations in all their complexity (swimming pool and dressing room, living and summer kitchen, area solarium, lawn areas, orchard). The expansion consists of two new monolithic blocks, and clad in local stone, connected to each other by a higher volume in wood and glass, on the ground floor of which is the new entrance to the building.
