A multi-scale, urbanistic and architectural competition deals with the theme of the rethinking of a large area of istoia, strategic for the duality between the Historic Center and the disused former Breda areas. In particular, for the former Fonderia Michelucci, reconversion hypothesizes a social condenser centered on the presence of containers-workshops for teaching and for the meeting of different generations of users; the plant is developed according to the lay of the walls of the original building, on whose plot the new buildings are grafted with a trend ordered by the large wall of scope that serves as a limit to the sector.
