The project concerns the headquarters of a foundation for the environment, dedicated to the memory of an environmental disaster that in 1976 contaminated nature and the surrounding land. The project chooses the earth as a symbolic value and enhances the ground with its cracks and splits assuming a new building that, monolithic material, rises from the ground, a rigorous and functional element in GRC concrete. Important symbolic, but also structural, plant and architectural importance assumes in the project the photovoltaic energy tower, an element that constitutes a strong and representative sign of the visual communication of the Documentation Center.
