First classified project ex-aequo

For the project area, a historic district for Social Housing, a transformation of the building was required that could also improve social cohesion. The project is divided into a succession of interventions aimed at the redevelopment of the entire area that modify the current and well-established social structure, through a transformation both to the urban and architectural scale. The design strategies are developed through the logic of rebuilding the urban fabric materialized through demolition, restructuring and construction of new volumes and parking.
